By accessing or using the websites, apps, and games provided by Viqron Technologies FZ-LLC ("Viqron"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems.

Some Services may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials within the Services are owned by or licensed to Viqron and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

Certain Services offer paid features, in-app purchases, or subscriptions. Prices and terms are disclosed at the point of purchase and are processed through the applicable app store or payment provider.

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viqron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may modify or discontinue the Services, and update these terms, at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
